The first time I stayed at this hotel was so impressive, starting from the friendly security guard to helping me park my car and carry my luggage to the hotel lobby, the receptionist was also friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the room was spacious with a fairly spacious bathroom and the cleanliness was maintained, it was very satisfying to stay here, next time we plan another staycation here, for the bathroom towels maybe they need to be replaced because they are a bit rough.

I went for holiday with my family. From the first time we arrived, the concierge and receptionist were so friendly and helpful. Oakwood gave me an upgrade to twice the size of my actual booking room. This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Regarding the taste of the food, all of the things I tasted were delicious. Thank you for the service and comfort of Mercure Grand Mirama, and for choosing me as the Guest of the Day

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle.
