The check-in process was very quick and easy. I was upgraded to a Grand Deluxe room, and it turned out to have a newer interior, cleaner carpet, and brighter rooms. The view from my room was also incredibly impressive, overlooking Jalan Basuki Rachmat. Parking is ample. There are two hotel exits, one at the front and one at the side. The room was super comfortable, so I even extended my stay for another three days, making my stay a total of eight. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, and I'll be even more satisfied with my stay at Wyndham Surabaya.

I spent two memorable nights here for a weekend. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the rooftop pool, which offers stunning city views and makes relaxing even more enjoyable. The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calming and perfect for unwinding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I stayed 11 nights at Hotel Mutiara Timor. The staff were very friendly, the room and hotel were very clean, even though it's only a 1-star hotel, I think Hotel Mutiara Timor deserves to be upgraded to a 2-star hotel. The location is a bit inland, but the location is strategic. Around the location there are many Instagrammable cafes and lots of snacks too. Near the hotel, it opens at 10 AM and closes at 4 PM, meatballs pentol are located 100 meters to the right of the hotel, which are always busy, worth trying if you stay at this hotel. And in the morning, to the left of the hotel, there is also a savory pecel rice seller for only 10 thousand. Indomaret and Starbucks are about 1 km away. Marvel Mall is 2 kilometers away, Tunjungan is 3-4 kilometers away. Laundry services are also available. Thank you to Hotel Mutiara Timor. Very satisfying. May you be more successful & progress in the future.

My first stay at Neo Gubeng, my expectations were probably the same as a typical 3-star hotel. From the start, the friendly staff helped me with parking. Check-in was hassle-free. I was immediately admitted to my room, with the staff promptly providing an extra bed. Thankfully, I stayed in a family room with a 10-month-old baby, and it was safe. The breakfast menu was also quite good, although not very varied, but the taste was delicious and not bland. Hopefully, Neo Gubeng will maintain its quality service 🙏

the place is really really comfortable for just transit, privacy is very awake, I'm the kind of person who sleeps other than in my own room usually it's difficult or even impossible at all but yesterday even if it was just a short time I was able to sleep 🥹 recommended! I think I will come here often just to relax... 🫶🏻
