Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with bright colors. Easy to check in no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Good service. I got the free upgrade room with the promo price from app! A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

Odol sama sikat gigi cuma dikasih 1, padahal 2 malam saya di sini, terus tidak ada pembersihan kamar daily, harusnya ada sekelas hotel. Selebihnya aman.

This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. This is on par with mainland China. No toilet paper. All the furniture was falling apart. Everything was old and dirty. The room and bathroom smelled bad. The reception was kind and friendly. The front lobby was nice and beautiful. But the room was terrible. The AC was NOT cold, the shower head was defective and throw water all over the whole room including the counter/sink. The whole floor gets wet when the shower head is throwing water everywhere. The door doesn't have an electronic keycard, it uses an old style key. The bathroom has no fan and the room stay wet and humid forever. Worst experience ever. Location was good.

The staff are pleasant and helpful, but note for sahoor 's menu: the fruits is poor variant and the poridge wasn't there.

Good and affordable hotel nearby to Surabaya Gubeng Station (17-20 mins by walk). Easy to catch Grab Bike, near to convenience store of 1-2 minutes walk. The bed are comfy and suitable for a short 2-3 nights. The breakfast variety are adequate but sufficient. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Overall an okay stay, but here are some points that made me give only 2 stars.- Underwhelming breakfast. Not enough variety of menu for a 3-star hotel. No bread, no egg station, no cereals, which should be available at least for a 3-star hotel. Also, foods were not refilled quickly enough. Many guests were left with empty food trays and limited choice of breakfast menu.- Poor room service. Asked for the menu, never came.- Towels were not available in the swimming pool. But not without positives. Staffs were friendly, rooms were spacious and fairly clean with good amenities. Location wise, it ' s located a little bit in the outskirt of Surabaya. If it ' s not for the negatives that I mentioned, the price is reasonable. They make it feel a little bit not worth it.
