Had a great stay at Harris Hotel Gubeng Surabaya. The room was clean and comfortable, with consistently cool air conditioning and a superb view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, carpeted corridors that create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

I arrived at 8 p.m. with a minor leg injury. The security guard promptly brought me a wheelchair, escorted me to my room, and even suggested moving me to a room near the elevator. The receptionist was also friendly. The food was varied but not overdone, and the taste was quite good. Tongseng was the signature dish, and it was delicious.

Honest review... Central access to the city with a very tall building, so you get an extraordinary view, especially at night. The room was also clean. I was very satisfied with my stay here. I've stayed here many times for events in Surabaya. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hot water was flowing. The price was affordable. The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.

My first stay at Neo Gubeng, my expectations were probably the same as a typical 3-star hotel. From the start, the friendly staff helped me with parking. Check-in was hassle-free. I was immediately admitted to my room, with the staff promptly providing an extra bed. Thankfully, I stayed in a family room with a 10-month-old baby, and it was safe. The breakfast menu was also quite good, although not very varied, but the taste was delicious and not bland. Hopefully, Neo Gubeng will maintain its quality service 🙏

the place is really really comfortable for just transit, privacy is very awake, I'm the kind of person who sleeps other than in my own room usually it's difficult or even impossible at all but yesterday even if it was just a short time I was able to sleep 🥹 recommended! I think I will come here often just to relax... 🫶🏻
