I'm so satisfied staying here... This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍. You guys are amazing, I'm so touched 😇 I happen to be a hotel hospitality student, and I've learned a lot from the friendliness of the staff here. It was a pleasant experience staying overnight here. The location is strategic (in front of the Transjakarta bus stop), and it's surrounded by food vendors ranging from street food to well-known restaurants. I really liked the ambiance of the room. Although small, the hotel has arranged everything well so it doesn't feel cramped. The choice of furnishings and design also made me feel very comfortable in the room. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay in the Matraman area.
