Everything ran smoothly. The booking, check-in, staying, & check-out were smooth. My family & I were really enjoying the room and the facilities provided. Everything was good, except for the long check-in time, about an hour, probably due to the long Eid holiday. Perhaps this could be addressed by adding one or two mobile staff members to approach the queue (similar to the proactive approach at toll gates). Thanks. Best of luck!

The bedroom carpet is dirty and stained. My child, who is in the crawling stage, has itchy skin when playing on the carpet. The plastic trash bag is very small; it should be larger to accommodate waste, such as diapers.

Super duper happy and recommended to stay here! Really kid-friendly. Here you can request a baby crib and it's really helpful for those of us who are bringing a baby. The baby crib is also good and very sturdy. The service is very responsive, the staff is friendly and if there is a request for this or that, they are very quick. Breakfast is very varied from Indonesian, Western, Chinese, even Middle Eastern. The swimming pool is very spacious and clean. It's a shame I didn't have time to try the kids club huhu. Definitely coming back again inshaAllah
