My stay was a satisfying experience. Check-in was easy and fast, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. Since I had stayed there before, I simply updated my phone number and didn't need to re-enter my details. What made me most happy was the hotel's location, which was very close to the Bandung train station and high-speed train. Breakfast was good, and the room amenities were quite complete. I stayed in a deluxe room with breakfast. The price was affordable, and it was easy to find Bandung souvenirs because they were all around the hotel. The deluxe room I stayed in was spacious, too. Overall, it was comfortable. Thank you to the staff on duty for their helpfulness.

Surprise when I came to stay here again, the room looks cleaner, the sheets smell good, there are lots of pillows, prayer mats, mukena, sarongs, and the Qur'an are provided. There is a kettle, mineral water. The staff are all friendly as usual, serving well. The location is quite strategic, there are many culinary places around.

The room was comfortable at an affordable price, the AC was cold, I took a room with a clean bathroom and towels were also provided. The hotel staff were also friendly, yesterday check-out was at 12.00 but because we were waiting for the train at night we were allowed to leave our luggage while we were walking around. The location is strategic, close to Bandung Square, just walking distance, and if you want to find food, it's also close. Recommended for those who want to go on holiday to Bandung to stay here.
