Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The receptionist was fast responding, yesterday I happened to be with Kang Pajar, and my staycation here happened to be when my wife was attending a painting exhibition in the lobby. Because it's close to the mall, it's really convenient if you want to buy food for breaking the fast. Of all the hotels we've visited, this is one of the best because it's rare for a hotel to provide bolsters in the room. Harris Hotel is different, this one has fulfilled our request, using a connecting room there are bolsters in each room, and most importantly, there is a dispenser, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to make hot or warm breast milk, it's already near the elevator lobby on each floor. Alhamdulillah, I was very impressed, Thank you Harris Hotel.

We chose this hotel because it is located inside the Paskal 23 mall. The hotel service was excellent since our family arrived at the basement parking of the Paskal 23 mall. The hotel staff helped us unload our luggage and provided free valet service so we didn't have to look for parking inside the mall. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and varied, the room was comfortable, clean, quite spacious with good room amenities. The hotel facilities themselves were complete and clean. This is my second stay at this hotel. My family and I stayed during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. The first time I gave it a 10 for all aspects, but the second time I stayed during Ramadan and Eid, I gave it a 10++. Unforgettable, the hospitality of all the staff, even the manager. The food is incredibly delicious, and the location is close to Braga, the town square, and other places. I want to come back here again, man👍
