My first stay at Palace. I read the reviews first because I was bringing a baby, so I checked them out first. Many said they were good. I ended up staying for two nights. Very impressed. Friendly service, varied breakfast, and very fast check-in. I had an AC problem, it was fixed immediately. Very kid-friendly. I wanted more, but I've already started my activities again. I'll be back again. Thank you, Palace, for the excellent service.

Easy access, fast check-in process, and very helpful front desk staff made the stay even more comfortable. The service was quick and smooth from the moment I arrived. The hotel also has many beautiful spots for taking pictures, perfect for relaxing and capturing memories. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly, professional, the hotel atmosphere is very homey, the rooms are clean and smell good, the view from the balcony of the room is really cool and makes you feel at home, there are lots of snacks up and down the hotel, even at the hotel, if you're having fun, you can order dim sum, instant noodles and so on, as well as various drinks , in the morning you can walk to the Cibodas Botanical Gardens while exercising because it's that close & it won't be boring because the surrounding views are really pleasing to the eye, basically I will come back to stay there again if I go to Cibodas, thank you Mon Bell hotel, thank you Traveloka.

The staff was very friendly and on standby when we checked in at 9 pm. The room was spacious and the bed was soft according to hotel standards. The swimming pool was sufficient for children and adults. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The location is very close to the famous Sate Maranggi Sari Asih and inside a housing complex. But the gate is quite large so it can be seen from the highway. Security is also guaranteed because every time you exit the main gate you are asked for an access card. I think it's worth the price. I'll come back later.
