I've actually stayed at Novotel several times, but this was my first time with my family. Thank God, it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly service, spacious rooms, and well-functioning facilities. Finding food at night is also easy because it's close to Bekapai Park and several other cafes within a radius of less than 500 meters. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Novotel's strengths are definitely its delicious breakfast and diverse menu options, from Western to Eastern to Indonesian. The only downside is the gym access, as it's currently under renovation, hehe. Hopefully, next time I come here, I'll be able to use all the facilities.

The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive and kid-friendly, making a family vacation even more comfortable and enjoyable. Children can safely enjoy the various facilities, while parents can relax in peace. The check-in and check-out process went very smoothly thanks to the assistance of Melissa and Luky. Both staff are very friendly, responsive, and attentive to guests' needs. Their presence truly left a positive impression and made the stay even more memorable.
