It’s not “just Batam” - this stay made the whole trip exciting. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Grand Batam Mall, less than 10 minutes’ drive to Nagoya Mall, BCS, and DC Mall, and close to Harbourbay Terminal. Circle K right below the hotel, and Spa Central is just down the road. The service is amazing. Every staff member were trained well - smiling away and friendly. We even checked in late at night and received a queen-size bed, even though we booked two single beds. Breakfast spread was fantastic and made our mornings enjoyable. They had local specialties like Lontong Medan, Martabak Manis, four types of Jamu drinks, and keropoks. They also have a bar area and a smoking lounge as well. Room was perfect. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge for a standard hotel room and included all the basic amenities. Extras like a coffee machine, chocolates in the fridge, and full glass windows were much appreciated. Smoking rooms are available, and they’ll deliver an ashtray on request. Overall, 10/10. I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

I stayed for three days for meetings and fieldwork. I wanted to charge my laptop and phone, but I didn't have a 3-prong travel plug converter with me. At 11 PM, I asked customer service where the nearest outlet sold one. The hotel/customer service immediately lent me their stock. A room attendant arrived shortly afterward to deliver the converter. Very budget friendly, very clean. Provided shampoo + body soap, toothbrushes + toothpaste, 2 bottles of water. Love how the check out time was at 1pm too. To think they provided breakfast despite it being a budget hotel is crazy. Breakfast was good though, no complains at all. Had breakfast twice, both days there were coffee, tea, water, white rice, a fried rice dish, a noodle dish, keropok, a potato dish, a vegetable dish, 2 different type of fruits, and a dessert (the green bean soup was amazing I took seconds). The surrounding area is also pretty convenient, there's a seafood place (Yong Kee) down the road, nasi padang (did not end up eating here) too, there's even a photo studio (Sumi Space) and cafe (Fryday Brew) 200m away. Near the malls and basically right at Nagoya area where there's quite a lot of activities. Highly recommend this hotel for a budget stay. Location is also very convenient with grab too

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... Mr. Marsudi was the solution... His warm smile and respectful greeting made us very flattered.
