I really enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel when I spend short holiday with my family. Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Balikpapan. A short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

This is my second time to spend time with my family in this hotel. The most loveable from this hotel is the sea view, the food, and the swimming pool. All hotel staff is great 👍🏼

I had the pleasant stay here. This accommodation has delicious food, the room super clean, in strategic area and with good security. They really went the extra to cater everything that I needs. Guys...would highly recommend it to everyone who visited Balikpapan

Friendly staff, good service, breakfast worth the price, and I asked for a hairdryer and they charge me nothing for that. Nice.

This hotel had a friendly and helpful staff especially the House Keeper. they do a great job. Kind of old but clean. This hotel just need an extra lightning in the hotel room. near from Mall and lots of restaurant.

The food here is definitely something to look forward to. And there's qq karaoke Club for those who like singing and have a good time. The only problem for me is the narrow parking space. You can't park your vehicle by yourself but the valet service is always ready to help you day and night.
