The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

I was initially misled by the slightly eerie atmosphere of the courtyard, but once I entered the lobby, it felt like I was staying at my grandmother's house. It was homey, beautiful, and very serene. It felt like a well-maintained, hereditary building. Highly recommended for a stopover and rest due to its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to come back.

The hotel staff is friendly & responsive from the beginning of the booking. The atmosphere is calm. The view from the balcony on the 2nd floor is nice. There is a cafe on the 3rd floor & there is also a rooftop. The hotel atmosphere is modern, fragrant & cozy. Stayed at the end of the year at a very affordable price. The location is close to minimarkets & pharmacies. So it is a choice to stay if you want to explore the city of Malang.
