The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

The service here is truly top-notch. There are no downsides. This time, I stayed during peak season, and check-in was quite fast. There were four receptionists on hand to assist us. Check-in started at 3:00 PM. The waiting area is spacious. Maybe it was because of the crowds, but we had to have valet parking, and this is part of the hotel's amenities. Everywhere smelled nice and clean. Every staff member was friendly and prompt in serving us. Even though it was very busy, the restaurant never seemed empty. Food was always refilled, and dirty plates were quickly taken away. Absolutely top-notch. There really were no downsides. I enjoyed the atmosphere so much that I didn't have time to complain. Oh yeah, there's a new padel court.
