A very kids friendly hotel, my kids really like it because it has such a big swimming pool, the room is perfect for a family with 2 kids like me because it has 2 big beds, complete facilities, a good water heater, and a dispenser for refilling drinking water in the hallway, the breakfast is all delicious and very satisfying to eat, next time I go to Batu I have to stay here again because it is that satisfying.

What a wonderful stay! The front desk staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. My Deluxe room was spotlessly clean, smelled great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premier room, which made our stay even more special. What we loved the most is how family-friendly the resort is. There are so many activities for kids that my child didn’t even want to go home. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming. Here's our experience during our stay at the Kontena Hotel. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check-in was quick, so we didn't have to wait long to get to our room. The hotel's ambiance is pleasant, cool, Japanese-inspired, and clean. The room size and amenities are commensurate with the price.
