10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

Located in arguably the best part of the city, this hotel offers way more than it is currently priced. I personally like the lux atmosphere, decorations, and overall friendliness of the staff. This hotel feels brand new and more expensive that it actually is, and that is a great thing !. The room itself is spacious with the right amount of modern touch and luxury. My room has a quite large double beds and it's pretty comfy, though it'd better if bolsters are also provided, which unfortunately not the case. Standard amenities like water heates, coffee & tea, even a hair dryer was provided. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast and TV channels were plentiful with the presence of essential channels such as HBO, FOX, NAT GEO etc. Personally I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Even at this price range, this hotel checked all my marks for a good business hotel. Even better in some areas than the more expensive hotels I must say. There are other hotels with similar prices which have the same qualities ( which aren't that many by the way ). But where this hotel shines is in it's strategic location ! So if you are doing a business travel and is looking for hotel with best "bang for your buck", I'll definitely recommend this one. Keep up the great work.

The room is adequate. The hotel service is good. The receptionist was very polite and helping. However, the toilet malfunctioned The flush and jet shower were not working. The breakfast was delivered to the room and the taste was standard. Overall, I enjoy the stay in this hotel. will definitely recommend it for a budget hotel

Again, I forgot to take the pictures but do not worry because everything is exactly the same as the photos they were showing you in this application. The service was awesome. As always. The housekeepers are friendly and ready to help you. The receptions are helpful. In short, this is the immediate choice for me whenever I travel to Jakarta.

The price is affordable but everything was so good, the check in process was so fast and no deposit required, room so spacious and clean and smell good, no stain on sheets, clean bathroom, AC working properly, the rooftop Langit Seduh is stunning with its view, the food are great, everything was great, definitely would come back. Also all staff are friendly,

Suitable for those who likes shopping since amaris thamrin city is just floors below..lots of eateries nearby and convenient to go everywhere.
