I stayed there for 4D3N. The room is small even though I booked the superior twin bedroom, the room I booked does not match with the pictures I saw in Traveloka app when I booked it. Once I get into the room at 5th floor, the TV wasn't working properly and had to call the technician to fix the TV and mini fridge because both weren't working. The bedsheet looked dirty as well. There was unused baby diaper in the wardrobe and had to ask the housekeeper to throw it away. Then I had to call for the technician again in the evening because the door couldn't be locked from the inside. All problems are fixed once the technician arrived to fix everything. It's super annoying and such a waste of time because those issues shouldn't exist in the first place if the room is cleaned regularly as well as double checking the facilities in the bedroom to make sure everything works well. I booked my stay for 4D3N including breakfast but only ate 1 time because the breakfast foods aren't tasty. We tried the fried noodle, chicken porridge, fried rice, fruits, pudding, but wasn't able to finish it all because the food is lack of flavor and the pudding isn't that sweet, the fruit is okay, coffee and tea also okay, fried rice is meh because you can barely taste the spices. There are a lot of improvements that should be done in order to upgrade the hotel quality and comfort because the money I spent to book for the stay felt like not worth it because of all the issues I face once I get into the bedroom hotel. However, despite all the chaos, I salute all the receptionist, technician, housekeeper, and concierge, because they've been helpful, friendly, and very polite. So thank you to all of the hotel staff, but I prefer not to stay in this hotel anymore on my next visit to Jakarta. Suggestions: Double check bedroom's cleanliness and facilities before the guest checked in to make sure nothing is wrong with the bedroom. Add window which can be opened for fresh air flow in the bedroom.
