The staff from the receptionist, OB, and security are very friendly and helpful, serving with a smile. The room is as the name suggests Petit (small) but the atmosphere is calm, the room is aesthetic, the room smells good. nb: If I go to Solo, I will stay here again

A great choice if you're visiting Solo for sightseeing, as several destinations are within walking distance, such as Mangkunegaran Palace, Triwindu Market, and there's also a night market on Fridays. There are plenty of restaurants and interesting places around the hotel, including cafes. The front desk staff had amazing service at check-in and check-out. We had a problem with one of the rooms, but the staff were responsive and easy to contact, even offering a room change. With such a cheap price, I would say this hotel is great. I'd be happy to come back here again if I visit Solo next time! Thank you, Amarelo.

The management/staff contacted me and kept it until our son picked it up a few days later. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the management/staff. Cute and chic hotel. Clean and fragrant. The swimming pool is also spotless. The gym is open 24 hours. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed during the Solo International Performing Arts event at Mangkunegaran Palace, just a short walk away. Close to several popular culinary spots and other tourist attractions. It was a great stay. If I visit Solo again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was wonderful: the friendly staff, the clean room, the clean bathroom, and the super-enjoyable breakfast with a wide variety of food.
