Stayed here for 3 days. The first day I was given room 1105/1107, the hot water faucet knob was broken/disconnected, so it couldn't be adjusted. The second day I asked to move rooms, but I was given 1210, but the bathroom drainage was problematic, the water wouldn't flow straight in and there was a puddle for a while. After that, I didn't ask for another room, because I was too lazy. The parking system also makes it difficult for those who want to order food/drinks online, so guests can't directly receive their food right in front of the hotel lobby exit. Other Mercures don't have this kind of parking system, and it makes it easier to order food online. Disappointed, it doesn't live up to the reputation of the Mercure name.
