The elevator is broken, so we have to take the stairs to get to Enggao. The repairs haven't been completed for days. Please fix all the deficiencies in the facilities immediately so that visitors are comfortable.

The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable, but the bed linens weren't very clean due to some stains. The bathroom had hot water, but when I tried to use it at 4:30 a.m., the water wasn't hot. I checked with the receptionist and was informed that the water heater had been turned off and would be turned back on between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. After waiting until 7:00 a.m., the water was still cold, so we inquired again until a technician came to check it out. The technician said there was no problem with the shower/faucet and would check the source directly. Finally, at 9:00 a.m., the technician returned and informed me that the water heater had just been turned on and that it would take about 30-40 minutes for the water to heat up. I was only able to use the hot water at 10:00 a.m. Please improve your service, and if there is a regulation that the water heater is turned off at a certain time, please inform us at check-in.

When I stayed, I got a room on the 3rd floor, and the ELEVATOR WAS DEAD GUYS, it wasn't informed during booking. The luggage was brought by friendly staff, but the 3rd floor was far away with a fairly steep staircase. The location was great, I was looking for one close to Blok M. It wasn't that close and I had to use Taxol, but it was convenient enough. The staff and food were okay. The bathroom was a bit lacking, the first room's sliding door was missing so the dry area was often wet. I got a second room on the 1st floor, but the wall was missing too, so it was definitely wet in the dry area.

There are cockroaches in the room and bathroom. It could be reviewed to be given cockroach extermination medication, so resting in the hotel is a bit scary because I'm afraid the cockroaches will get into my ears, maybe that's all, the rest is good.

The female reception staff were rude, whether on the morning or night shift. My experience sleeping here was terrible. Some of the male staff were friendly, but I'll never sleep here again, especially since the elevator is broken. I was supposed to sleep in a deluxe room, but ended up having to move down to a superior room, which was much smaller.
