I have a superb 2 nights stay at Raffles Jakarta with family, the check-in is smooth like butter. I arrived early at 12.10 noon and the receptionist on duty was so kind; he checked me in 10 minutes later. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food selection. Unforgettable.

I stayed here on January 2022. Health protocols are carried out properly such as temperature checks and security checks before entering the lobby, hand sanitizers at several points, health kits, restrictions on swimming pool visitors with the advance reservation method. The hotel lobby looks luxurious and artistic. In the lobby there is also a bar (The Writer's Bar), a prayer room, toilets, and a reception desk. All hotel staff did good service and friendly. The check in and check out process is fast. Nice welcome drink. Spacious room, divided into 4 segments/sections: wardrobe, living room, bed, and bathroom. Large wardrobe plus mirror. Living room with a sofa, TV, work desk with complete plugs, the bed and living room are separated by a large sliding door. The bedroom has a large size bed, there is another TV here, with a beautiful city view. The bathroom is spacious, I like the bathtub design which has an artistic and warm impression. Amenities are very complete starting from bathfoam, bar soap, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, comb, sewing kit, hairdryer, and many more. The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror and double sink, Beautiful shower, and a state-of-the-art toilet. This bathroom also connected to the foyer and wardrobe. There are many other facilities at this hotel, ranging from a large swimming pool with a beautiful design, whirlpool, pool bar, jogging track and spacious garden, gym, spa, and others. I tried the Singapore Sling at Navina Bar, recommended for enjoying breezy poolside. Breakfast is at the Arts Cafe. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, various choice of food and drink. All the food and drinks here are delicious. If you eat here I recommend the beef soup, it tastes the best. The hotel also has direct access to Lotte Shopping Avenue. My suggestion for this hotel is maybe the room window shroud can be made automatically with a button, free pressing or laundry service for 1 or 2 pieces of clothes, free shuttle to the mall or tourist attractions. And in my opinion, when I first arrived, I was not greeted well by the front staff (the one with white suit), they not greet me, not help me to carry goods to security check, nor they offer a help to do so. Also security at xray check tended to be a bit indifferent. Maybe this is a simple thing but it would be even better if the service could be improved considering this is a high class hotel in Jakarta. But overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this hotel👍🏻

Luxurious Hotel with 5 stars quality! They prepared a small birthday decoration as requested, with a complimentary cake. However as a suite guest I got no access to the Hotel Lounge (Raffles Club), the hotel staff told me that the Lounge is for member only. Overall I had a pleasant stay. My stay at Raffles Jakarta was very pleasant. The staff were friendly from check-in to check-out, the facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was very well maintained. Upon arrival, a member of staff delivered a welcome drink. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking, and the deposit cannot be made using QRIS.

Wonderful stay, wonderful staffs such a lovely experiences. Although it was only 1 night but we really had a blast, I can say the best 5 stars hotel in Jakarta so far. The service and facility is 10/10 thanks to the warmth of the staffs and the high quality services also attention to details.

The experience of staying at Raffles Hotel Jakarta was very pleasant and memorable. The entire staff is very friendly and provides extraordinary service. All staff are dressed very neatly according to their respective functions. The rooms and room facilities are very good, clean, fragrant, exclusive. Every corner at Raffles Hotel is created with attention to detail and aesthetics. Imagine this, the standing lamp cable in the room is wrapped in suede cloth so it looks aesthetic. The stainless steel handle on the lift is wrapped in leather so it's not slippery and cool to the touch. The check in and check out process is very fast. There is a nice garden on the 14th floor for walking or jogging track. The food in the restaurant at breakfast was delicious and amazing. The staff at the restaurant are very helpful. Overall this is the best hotel in Indonesia.

It is a great hospitality in town near city and connected with wonderful mall. Many variance on food with natural taste of Indonesian food. Helpful and warm support from the employee is one of the key that potentially make everyone comfort to stay more longer in next reservation.
