The upside: room was very nice, bathroom was great. Concierge helpful. We stayed at their junior suite room. The downside: receptionist was kind of rude. He served another guest who was asking for something, when I was the first one there, right in front of him, and was checking in. It took several minutes. Turned out, we were pleased by their room, so we were still okay. Unfortunately, we had a more disappointing experience during breakfast. There were several dishes on our table (some was for my son, and a few plates for me & my husband), and then we were approached by their supervisor/manager, a man in a black suit, and was told that we had to finish all the dishes on the table otherwise we're gonna have to pay for them. It was embarrassing. Please keep in mind that my son was eating, and I haven't even started eating by the time he came, because I was taking care of my son, so plates were still quite full. And another thing I noticed, he had been looking at us for quite some time before he approached us. And he did not approach any other guests than us (there are people right beside our table) so we were kind of offended, as they already have a banner telling that people have to pay if they did not finish their breakfast. We have never been embarrassed in a hotel, let alone when we were staying in a junior suite. It 's not that we did not want to pay, it's more of his way of telling us. He could have approached some other guests too or approach us when we have finished our breakfast but there are still many dishes left on our table.
