My child will be 5 years old in October and already has to pay for breakfast. The room isn't soundproof, like a boarding house; noise can be heard from the side. It's not comfortable for a 4-star hotel.

It was a pleasant stay at The Alts Palembang. Check-in was handled by Ms. Rindu, who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also welcomed by Ms. Tiara and Mr. Heri. The Alts Hotel is the best.

Comfortable & strategic hotel for getting around anywhere. The security guard service at the door during check-out is annoying. How come they wipe their noses in front of guests? Isn't there a restroom? Shiiitt... It just makes you in a bad mood. The food is quite good, varied and the same as other star hotels. However, when eating, please ask the security guards & housekeeping in the public area not to wander around the restaurant. If you want to eat, you should just ask in the kitchen, don't join in getting food at the restaurant with other guests. The rest of the facilities are quite good, although I haven't had the chance to try the spa & swimming pool. That's all for the review. Thank you.

Recommended. For a hotel with this price range, the service should be better. I have stayed at hotels several times where upon entering, I was greeted and my luggage was taken to the room. In this hotel, there are many belongings, I had to carry them myself. The service is lacking, in my opinion.
