This is my go to hotel whenever I am in KL. I have stayed many times, especially good if you have a family of four since it has rooms with 2 king beds. The beds are comfy, aircond and hot shower all working well. Overall, it is a clean hotel. Although it doesn't have its own car parking, we have no issue finding one nearby. There is drinking water dispenser on each floor but in the room, it is equipped with a kettle and hair dryer. With its fair hotel rate, it will be my no 1 consideration.

The check-in process was easy, the receptionist was very friendly, my room was upgraded because the officer said it was being maintained, the room was upgraded to a bigger one, with a free breakfast bonus for two, the room was clean, quite spacious, overall the Prescott hotel was very satisfying, the next time I go to KL I will stay there.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The service was amazing and the staff also. The room is very clean. The most important is the aircon very cool and the bathroom very clean. The location very near the food places. But the location quite far from pavilion if by walk. Suggest you to use grab to go to pavilion or suria KLCC. But overall, i’m very satisfied staying at Hotel Pudu Plaza and very recommended!
