I like the free breakfast. The pillows smell a little bit odd. Welcoming receptionist. I wonder why the toilet seat does not have the cover.

The staffs are clueless when we arrived, and we pay for breakfast, even though we have already paid for it. The management said the breakfast we paid for is just for one. If so, then they should change that policy. There are two persons checking in and of course, we will need two plates of food. Their policy does not make sense. I am not entirely sure if that is a ploy to get you into thinking that you've got a great deal.

Hotel is a little outdated but the good thing is the bedsheet, blankets smell clean. Staffs are also nice. Near SM Clark so we were able to roam around. Overall a nice place to stay.

I booked this hotel because my family and I needed a place to stay in Angeles city while we take care of an emergent family business. I chose this hotel because it’s budget friendly and seemed decent based on the photos and reviews here on Traveloka app. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on, you would think this hotel would pay extra attention to cleaning and disinfecting their bedrooms for their hotel guests. But staying at this hotel proved us wrong! We found 4 USED TOWELS hanging inside the cabinet probably from the guests that stayed in the room before us. Unfortunately I didn’t get to take pictures of this because I was extremely upset and threw them in the hallway outside my bedroom as soon as I found them. Can you imagine, do you think room services really clean and disinfect the bedrooms if they neglected to thoroughly check the room for used personal items? And this happened even after I heard the receptionist of the hotel confirm with room services if my room was clean and ready upon checking in. Aside from the used towels we found in the cabinet. The bedroom is infested with small roaches. Yes! You read that correct! COCKROACHES! We even found mosquitoes in the bedroom... (And yes, I have mosquito bites all over my legs when I woke up the next morning) 🤦🏻‍♂️😒👎🏻 I know these next few things I will be mentioning are minor compared to the ones above, but I feel it’s worth noting: When I first walked into the bedroom, there were strands of hairs throughout the bedroom and the bathroom. This plus the used towels we found just proves that cleaning services DO NOT pay close attention when it comes to cleaning. Also, bedroom was horrendously outdated, which would’ve been okay considering the price I paid for the stay, but the towels, roaches, mosquitoes, and dirty floors tells me otherwise. With the pandemic going on, I extremely discourage potential guests from staying at this hotel. With their failure to properly clean and even disinfect their bedrooms, I can assure you this is a good place to pick up the virus.

Its ok but not so clean... Breakfast is just a bread. Air con not so cold enough even out 22.. Wifi signal is very weak as their antena is too close to the wall.. Staff are friendly Over all with the price is considered ok... They should maintain their rooms and clean well to attrack more guest...

I came in the past in this hotel many time and paying directly the reason I comeback here because of the staff is good and the manager maya was nice but this time I book online. the staff attitude was so bad specially the supervisor of the house keeper. he should never work in the hotel. the toilet very very stink smelly and broken. the room not clean the blanket disaster..never recommend and will never comeback here. very noisy hotel. they knocked the door at middle of the night from massage girl. they disturbing none stop. everytime we ask something they telling us we book in line not direct with us so we can not have it. they want to charge for small hand towel 100 pesos everyday.
