we arrived at the place around 10pm since I requested late check in. To our surprise, the caretaker and the owner were unaware that there were bookings made. They said that they were not getting any notification if they'll get a booking. We were really mad since the 3 rooms were all occupied and this was already a paid booking and said this cannot be refunded. The caretaker was accommodating though. After conversation with the owner, they agreed that we take over the caretaker's room and stayed there. Heater was not that working. Checked on the app while we are staying there and all rooms are occupied and you can still book a room on the app even there is no room available. Haay.
