Hotels near Headless Monument

Check-in: No signage I just went straight upstairs. Their reception is on the second floor. Smooth check-in. I arrived at 1 PM and they immediately assisted me to my room (rooms 1-3 are on the 4th floor). Location is strategic. Literally right behind pacific mall (1min walk). Same building as ps bank. Google maps are not that accurate for this location. The room is well equipped with towels, a hair drier, an electric kettle, and a TV. What surprised me is the view of Mayon in the room and the mini-fridge (which I think was not used in a long time and kind of smells, I just opened the ref for a while before I plugged it). Note there are no toiletries (there is a shampoo and body wash container in the shower but is empty). No alcohol or extra tissues were provided (given the pandemic). There are a microwave, toaster, and plates, just outside the room. No drinking water was provided. Overall, will definitely stay again (I'm still here as of writing).

paid for double bed room in advance, was checked into 2 single bed room because double unavailable. no problem because new room was spacious. I then extended changed room to double bed after 2 nights. discovered cockroaches around bed and under sheets when I went to sleep. was around 1am. receptionist unhelpful in assisting me change rooms. Night staff with her were sleeping and unwilling and reluctant to go upstairs and open door to dormitory so I could move there. she told me each room was full, and dormitory may have people checking in through the night in an attempt to make me stay in the double room with cockroaches. After 3 room changes, during checkout the next morning I forgot I had paid for initial stay and asked balance to pay. I was charged additional fee for dorm and realised when I left I had already paid for all in advance she only needed to check my reservation to see I had paid

The room is old, there were falling wood pest on the head part of the bed. We ordered food for lunch but it took almost 1hr to cook and the serving was not worth the price. The room service staff was not doing random rounds on the occupied rooms to offer a room service.

The staff are really hospitable, they are always ready to assist. I hope they renovate soon.

Worth every peso spent! Would definitely recommend!✔ Comfortable bed 💯.✔ accessible and walking distance to the pacific mall (dfa) and ayala.✔ free overnight parking.✔ hot and cold shower.✔ equipped with a bidet 💯.✔ individual anti covid kit (gloves, face mask)✔ big alcohol dispenser in the room. The breakfast food Maybe improved (too salty) but the fresh fruits balanced it out. Our family really had a nice time! Thank you and we will surely be back anytime soon 💖

It was on a good location, unfortunately, the room was gloomy and doesn't look clean. It looks really old and does need a major renovation. Most importantly, they don't have a hot and cold shower, which is a non-negotiable thing for me when looking for a hotel.

The location is so hard to find, we spent an hour just looking for the place.

The hotel is very clean, the staffs are very friendly, and the location is very close to shopping centers. The only small disappointment is the internet, slow to not working at all.
