We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Since day 1, we haven’t experienced any basic greetings which is very crucial and necessary in this kind of industry. No welcome, no good morning, no anything even simple smile. I'm talking about not just the receptionist, but also their security guard. When we checked out, we also haven’t heard any thank u, just ok ma’am. I think the staff of this hotel should undergo proper training especially in hospitalization and personality development.
