Lovely hotel and perfect location for exploring Glasgow. Breakfast was really good

Enjoyed a 1 night stay with partner, who had never been to Glasgow and fully enjoyed it and the hotel

The hotel is in a great location right on the river and only a five minute walk to the shopping area of the city and there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance . The hotel is right next to the Grand central Railway station but the noise is minimal and the trains don't run all night. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient and go above and beyond to give great service . The breakfast is a great self service buffet with a really wide choice of food both hot and cold with an omlette station , a great way to start the day.

It was ok the room was a superior double which indicated a superior choice but actually all the double rooms were described as such - the room I got was ok had two double beds which I didn’t need and didn’t want.

Apart from the room next to the train line, the hotel is excellent. Triple glazing was very good to have! Breakfast fantastic and nice clean cosy rooms

The staff are incredible. We had a mess up with a laundry service delivery and the staff went above and beyond to find our missing clothes. It turned out they were delivered to the wrong hotel and they found our clothes and picked them up for us. We were so appreciative of their efforts. We can’t say enough good things about their service. Thank you again!

This hotel is very nice, great location to historic areas BUT parking is a pain (around the block) no valet. And on the river side of hotel is sooo noisy forget about sleeping. The staff was very nice as well.

The room was wonderful and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Added bonus all the pillows on each bed chef kiss

Great location to shops and all other outlets

The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the main shopping area and has lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. We were staying overnight as we were attending a gig at the O2 Academy. The venue was a 7 or 8 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean and decorated to a good standard with complimentary tea, coffee, water and shortbread in the room. A nice touch was a free welcome drink in the bar. The bed was comfortable and the shower had decent water pressure. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot and cold food, drinks and pastries, with an omelette bar where you can get a fresh omelette cooked to your own specifications. The hotel doesn’t have parking but if you pre book your vehicle into the car park across the road using the hotels discount code you get it for £12 a night, a good price for city centre parking. The car park had plenty of spaces and the bays were extra wide so lots of room for large vehicles. Entry and exit was via number plate recognition so no fumbling around for a ticket. All in all an excellent stay.

Met allour expectations from a four star except for lack of a hair dryer in room. Would happily stay again at same price.
