Great central hotel.We arived early to drop our luggage off as checkin was 3pm .,it was a nice surprise our room was ready at 11am a great boost.Breakfast had super choice. Staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely would reccomend.

Room 604 - air con was noisy, this disturbed my husbands sleep all night, in turn disturbed mine. The train line is very close and the trains moving slowly in and out of station are very noisy as in the tracks and wheels needing some lubrication, it was less so during the night but enough day time to stop you hearing the TV in room, yes the windows do close but then its stuffy as the air con was not effective. The bed was comfortable, room and bathroom very clean. The bar was very expensive, spoons are nextdoor!

Really nice hotel, great location. Staff were brilliant, could not be more helpful. The room was pretty good but couple of small things let it down, peeling paint in the bathroom, shower gel was empty, air con switched itself off after a while. Also carpet on stairs was really badly worn after first few flights. Minor stuff but stops it being a 5 star review.

The only problem we had was that our room wasn’t cleaned until after 4 pm one day & not cleaned at all another day. Had to call for clean towels etc. our glasses & mugs were never replaced.

Hotel had the perfect location for city centre shopping and for what we needed which was to walk to Hampden Park for a concert. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only down side was there was no shower gel left in the shower and the tv/remote didn’t work. We weren’t in the room long enough for it to annoy us and we had travel minis too so we were fine. Would recommend and would stay again.
