Good location. Really easy to access transportation and downtown. Also, it’s not far to go shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was okay. Staff did not provide the VIP perks through Expedia and housekeeping still came in room with a do not disturb sign on door.

Overall room was clean however there were crumbs left on bedside table, bed was too hard for our taste, took a long time to fall asleep due to intermittent rumbling outside. Were woken early with road noise. Have stayed in this hotel before and slept better as was a river facing room on a higher floor.

Lovely room, very clean and secure. Great views of the Clyde river. Staff were very accommodating, restaurant was great, and the gym was big, and very well equipped.

Unfortunately we stayed in room 504 - £112 per night. Our room backed on to the railway station and we heard the trains into late evening and very early morning - hence no sleep. I complained to a manager, but unfortunately nothing she could do because it was prepaid. The rooms should be priced on a sliding scale. Room was fine. Lovely shower, toiletries and lovely selection of teas and coffees, also lovely bedding. Breakfast was Unfortunately self service and a bit cold from lying out. I would not return and think for the same money you can get the Radisson blue.

Roma were clean and quaint. Our air conditioning did not work and even with the do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping came in twice.

Good day! I was very surprised when I arrived from 2 flights the room was ready and what a lovely room with a corner view in 8 th floor Jamie the front desk put me in! The river is there beautiful birds flying back and forth and I woke up seeing the birds flying and then I saw at night the full moon in the sky so spectacular while I lay in the bed! I requested a news paper and they had it ready before I left! I must mention staff are so warm including Katie, Gerry, AMANDA who helped me get the newspaper complimentary early and JAMIE who were all well trained! Jamie was an exceptional well trained highly courteous and very sugar sweet personality! He knows how to make customers stress free and happy and I will recommend this hotel to others! I arrived into a lovely reception area refreshments on the table ! Restaurant made me a delicious meal! Breakfast was filling and very clean location! LIDL is across the street for any essentials! Central station is nearby ! Queen station is around 20 minutes non stop walk trains going rapidly to Edinburgh every 30 minutes! There are lots of bars restaurants like busy and different styles nearby! Buchanan train station buses go or walking 25 mins and train station nearby to get there fast! Recommend taking the day tour Rabbie’s to OBAN and mountain viewing , Loch s and a beautiful castle Take the train to see the TUNNOCKS FACTORY area AND BAKERY FOR DELICIOUS CARAMELs from glasglow to UDDINGSTON train stop!

Absolutely beautiful, clean and smelt beautiful..staff was so nice and helpful Our only complaint was the fire alarm going off while we were in bed and being outside in the cold

We felt very taken care of and like our needs mattered. The associates we encountered were super friendly and helpful. The property isn’t in the most attractive area of the city, with the train tracks as our window view, but we appreciated the wonderful noise blocking from the windows. We barely noticed the trains running. The bed was very comfortable. Only con was the amount of water that got on the floor because of the 1/2 glass. It seems like a slip hazard waiting to happen.
