Professional staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Would’ve liked more lighting in the room but it was a good stay.

Had to leave one day earlier than expected due to a family emergency, thought my get offered a refund or another nights stay at another time but to no avail. Room very nice very comfortable bed ,breakfast very nice.

Have no real complaints. Room (601) was satisfactory, and I had a good comfy night's sleep. A decent sized room, with all the expected facilities - tv, tea/coffee etc.Also a good sized bathroom. Heating worked great, once I worked out how to operate the thermostat. That wasn't easy as it was hard to see the thermostat properly. Which brings me to my only real issue with the room ... I found the room to be quite dark. There was no "MAIN" ceiling light in the room - only a small spotlight in the ceiling of the entranceway. The only other lighting consisted of bedside lamps and one single floor lamp in the corner of the room near ther window. This really wasn't enough to light the room in order to see the thermostat properly, or read the information book. Basically, the side of the room where the TV, wardrobe and coffee making facilities were was just too dark to see anything. Other than that minor annoyance, I found the room perfectly acceptable.

Clean room with all the amenities needed, easy check in and out with polite friendly staff.

Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms are really nice, well decorated, beds are comfy and provide a good nights sleep. Breakfast is amazing, fresh, good quality and tasty! With the location Leonardo's is a go to choice of hotel when in the city.

There were some marks on the curtains and the bed but nothing major

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to constant noise and lack of comfort. Housekeeping on our floor early in the morning was excessively loud, with continuous rattling of glass bottles outside our room and staff talking very loudly. Throughout the night, there were repeated loud door slams on the floor, random door clicking noises, and the air conditioning made intermittent loud sounds that disrupted sleep. Between approximately 6–7am, there was also a loud noise that sounded like water draining, which was particularly disturbing. The room offered no real sense of relaxation. Despite the TV volume being capped at 40, it was barely audible due to the surrounding noise. As a result, we had very little sleep over the two nights we stayed. The mattress was also extremely firm, adding to the discomfort. Because we were so exhausted from the noise, we were unable to make use of the breakfast we had paid for, as we needed the time to try to sleep instead. Overall, this was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the level of noise was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Sadly, this stay fell far below expectations, and I would not choose to return.
