Everything was as charming as the pictures and more. The location is fantastic as it’s just at the base of all beautiful places such as Mirador San Nicolas, Alhambra, and the bustling Albaicin neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel and will be going back to sure!!

Beautiful place. The location couldn’t be better. It’s situated in the most beautiful street of Granada at the feet of the Alhambra. The staff was amazing!

The room was clean. The staff very helpful. The a/C was excellent specially when the temperature outside was in the high nineties. The breakfast was very good. I will return!!

The property is beautiful, for sure. It is just extremely misleading. Only rooms 10 and 11 are shown in the pictures for double room with Alhambra views. That isn’t mentioned anywhere. Upon arrival we checked into a normal double room that happened to have tiny views of the Alhambra. Reception was unhelpful.

Great hotel near Plaza Nueva - walking distance to plenty of attractions. Stayed as a family with young kids (6 and 9). The lofted room was perfect and kids loved it. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, so everyone was happy. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful, including recommendations for local attractions.

Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Ines was really lovely! We had a view of the Alhambra, the hotel had a lovely riad-type layout, and the AC worked great, which was truly fantastic given that we were there during a heat wave and it was more than 100F/37C out for several of the days we were there. The hotel is in a wonderful convenient location for walkers, close to everything in the Albaicin - shops, restaurants, the Cathedral, Sacromonte. The front desk staff were uniformly helpful and wonderful with everything and gave us advice on the bus system, places we wanted to go to, use of the Granada Card, coordination of a taxi to the airport early in the morning, etc. We also had laundry done, and both the front desk and the laundry service did a great job. The only reason I removed a star was that the card keys we were given for our room had consistent issues throughout our stay. The initial keys we were given did not work, and after we were given replacement keys, the replacements stopped working after about a day and we again had to get replacements. The front desk was extremely lovely and helpful about all of this, but it was a hassle, particularly when we returned to our room twice after a long day of walking around outside in the heat only to find we were locked out again. Other than that, though, we would definitely stay at the Palacio de Santa Inez again!

Nice comfortable room, good AC, decent bathroom, reasonable size room. Historic Spanish courtyard, was wonderful to stay at. Would have given 5 stars if breakfast started at 730am, found 8am to be too late but hotel did provide packed lunches

Nice property. Well maintained. We had the room on the third floor. The room had a view of the Alhambra. Good air conditioning in the room. There were only two rooms on that floor. These rooms are suitable for younger humans but for a couple in their 70s, to go up and down the 50 steps each time was not ideal. Specially when carrying luggage. There is no elevator in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.

There are so many things that are wonderful about this hotel. It is an antique residence located in the historic Albaicin neighborhood in Granada, at the foot of the Alhambra, which we were there to see. It is charming, both inside and out, with several of its rooms opening on to its inner courtyard. Because it is a historic property, visitors (especially older guests or those with impaired mobility) should be aware there are NO elevators. We were extremely grateful that the receptionist at the front desk, Avram, offered to carry our heavy luggage up three flights of narrow, tiled stairs. It's location is PERFECT, near the Alhambra and for exploring the Albaicin, which is the original heart of Granada. Plaza Nueva down the street is convenient for grabbing a taxi. This is important, because the hotel is up a flight of steps from the nearest taxi dropoff point, so you will be bouncing your luggage up those steps and there is nowhere to park nearby. Our only complaint was that we chose a room marketed as having "a balcony view of the Alhambra." We may have even paid extra for it. In reality, it was two VERY small rooms, one with an extremely SMALL full-size bed, the other a screened-in porch with NOT great views. I spent two nights NOT sleeping in the tiny bed with a BIG husband who (unfortunately) snores like a chain saw. Buyer beware: Do NOT select that room if you value your sleep! Breakfasts were great!

The only coffee available with the room was instant coffee in the room. And our GPS sent us on a wild goose chase to get to the hotel when there were much simpler routes. How would we know that, having never been there before? That’s not the hotel’s fault, but some easy walking directions from the train station would have helped. It is a great location with a lot of history in the building. If you’re looking for modern, shiny and new, this is not your kind of place. But if you like a boutique hotel with one-of-a-kind rooms and a lot of character, stay here!

Good breakfast, helpful staff

The location, staff and room were really great. They helped find us a double bed at the last minute and were very helpful throughout the stay. The location is very close and walk to the center, walk able distance from Alhambra and El bacin quarters. Breakfast was not that great, but convenient.

The location is in the old part of the city directly below the Alhambra and just above the Carrera del Dora. There are multiple restaurants very close by and flamenco venues too. The hotel dates from the 15th century and has a wonderful historic atmosphere but the rooms have modern facilities. It is up steps so in a quiet situation. Breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. The staff were super helpful and helped with luggage as the only downside is that there is no lift and many of the rooms are upstairs. The local bus stop is easily walkable and the 32 will take you to the city and the Alhambra. Other buses also serve the city and Sacramento. Would definitely stay again
