Beautiful hotel with a very good reception services

酒店装饰非常特别，只是位置非常特别，车开不到门口，需要爬一段台阶，如果腿脚不便的非常艰难，特别是拖着箱子的时候。酒店好像也没有意愿帮忙提箱子。 另外，台阶下来后是条小路，那天有活动，整条路全部堵住，别说车，人都不能行走，如果赶火车或飞机就惨了。但是酒店没有任何的告知。这个特别希望酒店能改进。误了火车飞机，就麻烦了。特别是阿尔罕布拉宫也有时间约定的。幸好，我们那天订的是晚上6:30的。

Nice property. Well maintained. We had the room on the third floor. The room had a view of the Alhambra. Good air conditioning in the room. There were only two rooms on that floor. These rooms are suitable for younger humans but for a couple in their 70s, to go up and down the 50 steps each time was not ideal. Specially when carrying luggage. There is no elevator in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.

There are so many things that are wonderful about this hotel. It is an antique residence located in the historic Albaicin neighborhood in Granada, at the foot of the Alhambra, which we were there to see. It is charming, both inside and out, with several of its rooms opening on to its inner courtyard. Because it is a historic property, visitors (especially older guests or those with impaired mobility) should be aware there are NO elevators. We were extremely grateful that the receptionist at the front desk, Avram, offered to carry our heavy luggage up three flights of narrow, tiled stairs. It's location is PERFECT, near the Alhambra and for exploring the Albaicin, which is the original heart of Granada. Plaza Nueva down the street is convenient for grabbing a taxi. This is important, because the hotel is up a flight of steps from the nearest taxi dropoff point, so you will be bouncing your luggage up those steps and there is nowhere to park nearby. Our only complaint was that we chose a room marketed as having "a balcony view of the Alhambra." We may have even paid extra for it. In reality, it was two VERY small rooms, one with an extremely SMALL full-size bed, the other a screened-in porch with NOT great views. I spent two nights NOT sleeping in the tiny bed with a BIG husband who (unfortunately) snores like a chain saw. Buyer beware: Do NOT select that room if you value your sleep! Breakfasts were great!

The only coffee available with the room was instant coffee in the room. And our GPS sent us on a wild goose chase to get to the hotel when there were much simpler routes. How would we know that, having never been there before? That’s not the hotel’s fault, but some easy walking directions from the train station would have helped. It is a great location with a lot of history in the building. If you’re looking for modern, shiny and new, this is not your kind of place. But if you like a boutique hotel with one-of-a-kind rooms and a lot of character, stay here!

The location, staff and room were really great. They helped find us a double bed at the last minute and were very helpful throughout the stay. The location is very close and walk to the center, walk able distance from Alhambra and El bacin quarters. Breakfast was not that great, but convenient.

We had a family room. The AC worked well on the bottom level but not as well on the top level. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere nice. Breakfast was good, but there were only a few options if you needed special food.

Great location. Staff very nice especially the young gentleman. Our free bottle of wine wasn't offered but we got it eventually.

The location is in the old part of the city directly below the Alhambra and just above the Carrera del Dora. There are multiple restaurants very close by and flamenco venues too. The hotel dates from the 15th century and has a wonderful historic atmosphere but the rooms have modern facilities. It is up steps so in a quiet situation. Breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. The staff were super helpful and helped with luggage as the only downside is that there is no lift and many of the rooms are upstairs. The local bus stop is easily walkable and the 32 will take you to the city and the Alhambra. Other buses also serve the city and Sacramento. Would definitely stay again

The staff for extremely helpful, but the cleaning was just not up to scratch. There was dust all over the tables, the lamps and phone were also coated in a thick layer of dust as well. It’s actually probably the dirtiest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in so it’s really let the place down. They didn’t provide a sheet for the duvet which i find careless and pretty grim. The location was fantastic but you have to be aware that it’s a bit of a mission to get there with lots of bags on such a busy street. The room that I stayed in did have a lovely view of the Alambra but it was very small, dark and a bit dingy but I understand it’s a very old property so i wasn’t expecting it to be bright and immaculate. I wouldn’t book again.
