Beautiful hotel with a very good reception services

酒店装饰非常特别，只是位置非常特别，车开不到门口，需要爬一段台阶，如果腿脚不便的非常艰难，特别是拖着箱子的时候。酒店好像也没有意愿帮忙提箱子。 另外，台阶下来后是条小路，那天有活动，整条路全部堵住，别说车，人都不能行走，如果赶火车或飞机就惨了。但是酒店没有任何的告知。这个特别希望酒店能改进。误了火车飞机，就麻烦了。特别是阿尔罕布拉宫也有时间约定的。幸好，我们那天订的是晚上6:30的。

Interesting and enjoyable historic building in the middle of the old city. Parking is a little complicated, but the instructions were fine.

Beautiful old hotel with lots of character in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. So happy we chose this hotel for our stay in Granada.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It was truly perfect. The property is beautiful, charming, and everything was excellent. The location is also amazing—close to everything.

Great location and incredibly helpful staff. The room was on a large side and the bed was very comfortable. If you like to open your windows for circulation make sure you book a room with a view as other rooms look into the inner court yard where the reception is. Internet worked well, breakfast was very good.

All the staff in hotel are so kind, they were eager to help us for any thing like a tip for the tour, any recommendation for the restaurant and so on. If it needed to warm the room, should contact the reception. I suggest this hotel for the tour in Granada.

O hotel fica em um palácio antigo adaptado. Boa localização, a menos de 5 minutos da Plaza Nueva. O hotel fica em uma rua com acesso por escadas e onde não passa carros, o que pode dificultar subir com malas. Bom café da manhã. Equipe simpática.

A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money.

Este hotel é uma joia em Albaícin, bairro histórico de Granada, bonito, aconchegante e perto de tudo, do quarto que fiquei tinha a visão de Alhambra iluminada à noite e foi um sonho. A equipe do hotel também é maravilhosa, o quarto é muito bom, a cama é muito confortável e o banheiro também, tudo sempre limpo e organizado. A localização é excelente. Voltaria sempre que possível.

Personal SUPER amable. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que salir dos días temprano antes de la hora del desayuno; nos prepararon emparedados de jamón, agua y fruta para llevar. ¡Consentidos como en casa! 😊 El hotel tiene muchísimo encanto, muy acorde con el ambiente del Albaicín, y la ubicación es excelente para recorrer Granada caminando. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el ambiente muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar después de un día visitando la ciudad. Un pequeño punto a tener en cuenta: desde la calle hasta la puerta del hotel hay que subir un tramo de escaleras. No es muy empinado ni demasiado largo, pero puede resultar algo incómodo si se lleva equipaje pesado o para personas con movilidad reducida. En nuestro caso no fue un problema y, con la amabilidad del personal, la experiencia fue muy positiva. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse en Granada.
