Palacio de Santa Inés hotel

This is a very charming place to stay in Málaga. Restaurants, shops and transportation so accessible. Alejandro welcomed us and gave us great turist tips. Good customer service and breakfast set up.

Very close to Alhambra

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Inés. The location is perfect, right in the historic district, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is an incredible piece of history, dating back to 1520. Our room, the Alhambra, was truly unique. It felt like stepping back in time. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Granada.

Ana at the front desk is a GEM! I give this hotel 3 stars but Ana 1000 stars! I booked an Alhambra view suite & based on the pictures, I thought it was a room with a bedroom, living room a with big jetted tub, & a big bathroom. Upon arrival I learned they were showing pictures of many different rooms online & they did not indicate anywhere that our room may be tiny with no living room/jetted tub, only considered in the suite category because of an Alhambra view. Our view was useless as there was nowhere to sit & look out the window so you only saw it if you stood right in front. I was absolutely crestfallen & burst into tears when told there was only one room like the one I thought I booked & there was no availability in that room or any higher suite level room. Ana was so sweet & bent over backwards to give me the best experience she could. She let us look in another room that had a tiny living room but no tub. We didn’t stay there because the bedroom was so small we could barely squeeze our luggage through the door because you immediately walk into the bed upon entering. The tiny toilet/shower room was right next to the bed & had an open, translucent door, so you would see & hear your partner on the toilet! I didn’t ask for compensation but Ana gave us free breakfast both days, red wine & a fruit basket. She offered us another room for our last night but I declined. Her care & kindness saved our trip. Go for Ana & the great location but set LOW expectations for your room.

A localização é excelente. No geral, se você busca uma experiência em uma casa do século XVI, atende com perfeição. Alerta apenas para o fato de, por se tratar de uma casa bem antiga, você terá que enfrentar algumas escadas (o que já é normal para quem viaja para Portugal e Espanha). Mas o apartamento era muito bom. Era amplo e tinha uma hidromassagem que subiu a avaliação do item conforto para 4 estrelas.

Staff was attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower space was very large, bed was comfy. Highly recommended

Room was clean but the decor was perhaps a little tired. It also looked out over a dilapidated set of buildings that resembled a building site - so not a particularly attractive view. Nevertheless, the place was comfortable and rhe building overall wasquite charming.

Loved the hotel and the view of the Alhambra!

A fantastic place to stay. Really well located for walking out into the vibrancy of the town. Best accessed by foot (as opposed to vehicle).

No parking

We have never stayed anywhere like the hotel with its history and unique features. Staff were amazing and so helpful. The location was great in the centre but still quiet.

Trevligt hotell i ett historiskt palats nedanför Alhambra. Lite bökigt att ta sig dit då man inte kan ta bilen. Du får parkera i centrum och gå eller ta taxi, viket var billigt och bekvämt.

Great location and very walkable

The hotel has that old world charm. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. There were restaurants and shopping. We felt safe the entire visit. Our stay was enjoyable.

Beautiful old property with loads of character. This had the downside that the rooms were quite small and the mezzanine up the spiral staircase was a no go for my tall husband! But lovely friendly staff and a fabulous place to stay and so central for visiting the sights.

Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Ines Hotel was perfect for our short trip to Granada. The staff was very friendly and the location was a great base to explore the more touristy areas of Granada. Our room was huge and we were delighted to have a separate living room. This was a great value, and we would definitely recommend it to any friends visiting the city!

We rented a superior room, pictures showed seating, a balcony and a view. We got a small room, no where to sit but the bed and the view was only by sticking your head out the window and looking to the side. Bait and switch on the rooms and pics
