My friend and I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Talking about its location, from here, you can easily go to most of the landmark of HaNoi like: The Great Church, Guom Lake, etc. The best thing of this hotel is the service. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. If you want to enjoy Hanoi by motorbike, you can rent it here with a very affordable price. Also, if you want to go some other province far away from Hanoi, you can live your luggage here for convenience. Highly recommend this hotel for those who love backpacking.

When I arrived, the reception area was under construction, so it looked very messy and confusing. The hotel does not have an elevator. However, the room was very clean (most importantly), spacious, with all the basic amenities, the staff was very nice, and early check-in was supported. Great location right in the center, convenient for traveling.

I booked a room with hotel information at one place. When I received it, I was led to another house below which was a cf shop. The room is very old and the floor is moldy. The first time I traveled to Hanoi, I didn't know because the price I offered and the value were equivalent. But the assessment from a person in Saigon traveling to Hanoi is very bad. However, the staff and owner are very enthusiastic. If I stay from 12:00 to 20:00 in the evening, there will be an additional charge of 500k, whereas before there was a different calculation. In general, it was a short trip and the last day was a bit tiring, so I can't comment further

However, we would also like to explain a little more so you can understand and sympathize. You book a room for 2 nights and note that you want to check out late at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Like other hotels, if you check out late at 8:00 p.m., you will be charged 1 additional night. However, you have only booked for 2 nights, so that room type has already been booked by another guest on the third night. We also texted you to contact you to agree on this room arrangement, but we have not received your response. Due to not being able to contact you, it is not clear whether you agree with paying the additional fee for additional accommodation, so we have to arrange to move to a larger room, which is still available for 3 nights so that if you stay additional, you will not have to pay. change room. Because that room is designed in the style of an old Hanoi house, the floor uses encaustic tiles, not shiny ceramic tiles, so some guests may not like this style. I usually let guests stay in this room for a long time, I like it quiet, private, and less disturbed. Because you stay extra on Tuesday and pay for the room directly, I calculate the price directly (because there is no booking fee), but if you book through Traveloka, you will have to pay according to the price offered by Traveloka (usually more expensive, or Sometimes it can be almost equal if purchased in combo packages, promotions, etc. depending on the specific case). khách sạn có view rất thoáng, gần gũi, chị chủ thân thiện dễ thương lắm. Nên ghé nhé mn, từ đây đi ra không thiếu chỗ ăn uống. Lưu ý nhỏ gần nhà thờ nên đôi lúc sẽ có tiếng chuông vào buổi sáng nhé. Mạng wifi có chút chập chờn nhưng là tình trạng chung ở toàn khu vực này. Hi vọng sẽ tiếp tục ghé lại trong thời gian tới.

Regarding the service attitude of the staff, we hope you can describe a little more so that the staff can learn from the experience, avoid making mistakes later. Regarding the parking space, it is not clear that you took a car or motorbike to the hotel that day? Every day, I still go to the hotel to park by car normally although my car is quite long. However, if you are not used to riding in the narrow neckline, it will be quite inconvenient, especially in the morning guests of a nearby noodle shop leave the car quite arbitrarily affecting other cars in and out. Cars of the surrounding houses are often parked overnight without a person, although there has been no theft phenomenon, we still recommend that guests park their car at the parking lot of Phu Doan street (2 minutes walk ) Someone looks for absolute safety. In case of motorbike riding, we will keep the car inside the house at night, lock it carefully (although the surrounding hotels still leave the motorbike on the street overnight). However, the parking description on Traveloka's reservation system is very limited, we can only check the box with or without parking, regardless of parking space for motorbike or car. There is also no option to describe parking as I specifically described above.
