We get a very helpful staff reservation while there was a cheos situation. Hotel don't antisipate the peak seasons. 10 counter only 3 were open while they claim one of biggest hotel in the world. Avoiding peak season. Room facilities is support just for resting. Location the best. Budget restaurant near tower 2 and 3. Arrive earlier in peak season is a must.

The weather is very cool. At nite you don't need to switch on the aircon and fan. The hotel is fantastic near the laundry 24 hours

The room was comfy and clean. They have carpet floors.

The hotel is quite old. The toilet shower was clogged. Overall, the place is boring and not well maintained. There is not much to do, there is only one restaurant to eat. By evening, water bottles are no longer available at 7-11. Pastries sold at a cafe don't look appetizing. To go for a day trip is fine, one-night stay is boring.

Very very recommended for staying with family who has kids

2Nd time staying here. I love to stay here because there are big open space to park my car. Although need to pay some small money for it because the carpark were managed by MBK. Still affordable. Around rm0.65/hours or rm4.+ for whole day. Walking distance to many attractions.

Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities and rooms are very good and comfortable. The view from the balcony is also very beautiful. Will definitely come back here next time.

Amir the Concierge is extremely good & helpful. His hospitality is totally unmatched! I hope you can continue to keep him employed at Zenith Hotel. Good staff very seldom to come by. May I suggest you reward him accordingly.

This hotel need to upgrade item inside the room ie one mini fridge at least in the room. Should put AC inside the room as well because sometimes weather in Cameron is sunny during day time. Otherwise this hotel location is strategic, near to Nova Centrum and tue location attached to the mall building as well. Should be upgrade if can have room service as well, thank you.

The hotel is clean and spacious with a huge car park, near the river. The river view from the hotel is invigorating and the tall tower beside the hotel is very impressive. I enjoyed the bathroom facilities, especially, the shower with water coming down like a waterfall. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Getting a good meal is not a problem. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who would travel to Kuantan.
