Best Villa In Bintan

The room, food, and cleanliness were good. However, the evening receptionist provided incorrect information, stating that the activity games would start at 8 AM. The next morning, when I arrived at 8 AM to play, the morning receptionist then said that the activities actually start at 9 AM. I don't know who made the mistake, but the guests ended up being the victims of misinformation, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Very comfortable hotel i give 5star

Celebrating my Father's birthday by staying at this hotel and it is not a wrong choice. They were beyond happy spending time there.

Pelayanan yg baik dan ramah, fasilitas pool dan billiar yg oke utk hiburan.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, lots of games and activities can be done, the atmosphere is very pleasant, food prices are pricey and you have to pay for all games, very suitable for a family holiday.

For family trip with kids, I'd like to suggest order Standard room at least. I was upgrade my room from economy to Standard on the next day. Overall, fair price fair quality.
