Very fun, kids really like it. There are lots of free (float) tires available. You can also rent a locker which is easy to use. There are plenty of washrooms and bathrooms available.

With the safety regulations in place, park-goers have to first queue for a ticket to enter Tsunami Swimming Pool and Professor’s Playground at a later time slot. I understand the group size limitation at each attraction, however, I thought it could be better managed by communicating this system upfront at ticketing or upon entry, so that we could manage our time at the park better. I witnessed a park ranger getting upset at a frustrated guest, which was uncalled for. We were just clueless about the system in place at Tsunami Pool and Professor’s Playground. Otherwise, it was a good experience and everyone in our family had a lot of fun.

Absolutely enjoyable time spent with my 4+ yr old child. The slides were plenty of fun yet safe enough for them. I liked that there was a lot of staff who watched out for the kids at the Kidz area. Lockers are a tad expensive from $12 onwards for weekends but otherwise, it was all good.

Had a great time at WWW, it’s much more fun than another place and way more value. Only quibble is that you have to redeem your Traveloka ticket for another paper ticket first before going in, would prefer a QR upon purchase with Traveloka, as if there’s a queue it’ll be troublesome to queue twice! But there was no crowd and staff was lovely so would definitely go again

The service was absolutely fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They took the extra effort to chat with my kids and entertain them. Since the park opened till 4.30pm the eatery in the park hasn't been opened. That was quite disappointing. And hope they can allow more than 1 round in the lazy river. They should have timeslots for the lazy river too.

Some of the staffs are friendly and caring, but some presented to be quite stern or just do their job (I think they are bored in doing the same thing daily). The cleanliness and dryness in the ladies' shower and toilet need to be improved, as well as the flooring over the pathway to aid/ 'bikini bay'/ 'muscular bay'/ lockers. It is slippery without shoes. The cost of locker rental also quite expensive for medium size, although it can be accessed multiple times for the whole day. The slides are very thrilling and fun.

The slides are thrilling and well-maintained. The place was not overcrowded, a comfortable space to run around from one station to another. The queue for each station is not long and time was not wasted on waiting for each slide. The flooring to the locker/ shower room should be anti-slip because even walk slowly with wet feet has to be extra careful and my kid slipped and sprained her ankle when stepped up from the common play area to toilet. The cost of the locker rental is expensive ($14 for medium size), even it can be for all day and allow multiple access & lock.

Bought the student pass which includes a meal. The meal was really bad but it’s free anyways. Some rides are closed, not too sure if it’s due to covid. Lazy river can only stay within one round and you have to get off which is pretty sad. Certain rides also have staggered operating timings.

we had a great time spending 11am-6pm! the little one didn't wanna leave. the downside is the queuing system due to covid... miss pre-covid times where we can jump into shiok river anytime we want.
