Sandman is a consistent brand. Having a pool was a nice break from the heat. Nearby restaurants were great for the family. Very pet friendly- lots of guests with dogs. Only complaint the ice machine was broken and the gym did not have sanitizer spray. Otherwise the gym facilities were great and staff very friendly.

I had a suite for three night. Lots of room. Clean. Made me feel like I could relax and do whatever I needed. The desk staff were very plesant and helpful. Actually, all the staff I interacted with were. I'll stay there again. And the location was convenient to eerywhere I needed to be.

So we booked last minute because of the fires. They’ve renovated which is nice. The infrastructure lets them down - lots of up and down and around. Room is clean and decent. Washroom barely fits one person at a time. Slow shower and no ventilation. Need to add more shampoo/conditioner etc for 4 ppl staying in a room. I would stay here again if I absolutely needed to but next time I think I’d put in the extra $50 and stay somewhere newer. The staff is amazing - all trying their best.

I stayed in the tower for 4 nights. My room has seen better days. The cupboards in the kitchen were in desperate need of attention. The dish tray was dirty. The sink had stains. The bath tub looked dirty too. But the bedroom was comfy. The pool smelled so singly of chlorine

The first floor is the pool deck and it’s below the main level which smells like rancid overdue milk. Around the property was litter and garbage, needles and narcan Kits, back packs. The rooms need a refresh and the AC needs to be cleaned

The room was beside the pool and really awkward to get to with all our stuff as we had to take stairs. Plus our patio opened right to the pool so no natural light and had to keep the blinds closed all the time. We weren’t in our room that much but definitely would have liked a different room. Room was clean and comfortable though at a good price

The A/C unit was loud and didn’t work great in our room. We were overlooking the pool which I thought was the renovated side but the bathroom was run down looking with cracked tiles in the shower. The fridge/microwave area was small and crammed next to the bathroom which was also small. Minimal parking. Pool area was decent and location was convenient. Would not stay again though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit in our room was very loud and hard to regulate. It was very cold at times and hard to bring the temperature to a proper level. The exhaust in the bathroom was loud too. Bathroom tub was very old. Grout was black.

The AC was absolutely required to be constantly on so hard to sleep. Bath tub drain was fully clogged with hair so that the tub/shower would not drain. Asked to have the room refreshed and came back having a clean room with no towels.

The bed was very comfortable was about the only good thing about the room. We arrived and there was only one cup with the coffee machine. The electric heaters had their fronts off and on the floor. Tried to change temperatures on the A/C but didn’t seem to work as it would come on for a few minutes shut off and come on again about 10 minutes later. The repair caulked joint on the bath tub had mould on it. The paint around the bathroom door was chipped. We put the refresh tag on the door for the second day and when we got back there was still leftover coffee in the in the pot and the coffee grounds were still in the machine. We did get two cups this time though. We had stayed in a different Sandman Inn two nights before we came to this one and it was the complete opposite with no complaints at all.

Upon arrival we were told elevators were not in service. Were given keys and went through a maze of up and downstairs to get into outdated room with very loud air conditioner room was next to pool so humid. Opened window to a mural wall next to indoor pool. dead bugs between window and wall upgraded to junior suite also outdated but much nicer

Staff are great and I fosn the location very convenient, they lack parking and often not enough for all the guests, kind of frustrating!! Also if you want a King bed you can't get a renovated room and they 2 Queen bed rooms that are renovated are very small "Queens ' ..... They are really double beds it looks like.
