Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Polite and friendly staff. Place is clean too.

Im very disappointed because i specifically booked this hotel because of the booking saying the room had a deep soakimg bath, im pregnant and really looked forward to it. When we got there, it wasnt a bath, it was a wet room with a shower. Im very disappointed and want a refund

Room full of bedbugs, dirty, clogged sink, no heating, people fighting by my door at 3am, dog barking at just before 7.30am, didn't have daily cleaning as advertised as my bed wasn't even made, internet signal non-existent in bedroom, cups and spoon full of dust and already used and sticky, cereal bowls at breakfast still had old bits of dried food as they weren't properly washed. When complaining about the condition of my room I was treated like if I was a posh diva and was given (not in a happy way) a key to a new room to see if it was "up to my cleaning expectations" but although the new room didn't have bugs anymore, someone had been previously smoking in the bathroom and the smell was unbearable for someone that doesn't smoke and the bed was against the wall shaded with the lift which kept me awake all night again with the noise.

Lovely friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Nathan on the reception was all ways helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good. The hotel was warm and comfortable. It’s a little dated but still a nice hotel not far from the local amenities and there is a tram stop across the road.

Room was very cold staff where not the nicest was,standing outside for a while at night because the night staff where not there also no towels in room was very poor service i honestly dont think staff are well enough trained

The room was very small and basic,certainly not a sea view.I have mobility issues,and heart problems between the small lift and the narrow corridors it was not disabled friendly.It certainly is not a 3 star.The staff were friendly enough especially the dining room staff.The way it was advertised is not what it is like,I don’t know what picture that was taken of the room it certainly wasn’t ours.We won’t be going back.

It was a great stay and the room is clean. Hopefully, there is a coffee/ tea section in the room.

Upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Lovely room with a jacuzzi bath. Only negative was no shower, and no fridge. Only there a weekend though, so no issues really. Breakfast was amazing, as was the staff

A hotel full of dirty dogs that were allowed into the restaurant at breakfast. Hotel has gone further down in standards and operations a curfew at midnight and so you can’t really enjoy a show or Blackpool night out . Room 411 was not like the pictures and really run down A lot of elderly people reside in the hotel and it’s not a nice atmosphere to stay in . Intermittent WiFi, showers that are cold, portable room heaters and as mentioned dirty dogs barking all night in the hotel so you can’t get a good nights sleep . Breakfast there isn’t a vegetarian option and it caters to elderly people and their meat eating taste . A formerly nice hotel who’s standards have gone down more drastically

Breakfast and Dinner menus were very good value.Our room had a dirty used mug that had blackcurrant juice stains at the bottom.No clean mugs but once i complaibed the young man on reception brought two clean ones and apologised.He was doing so many different jobs ..reception, bar and even housekeeping and trymied his best to sort out the many problems/ guests he seemed to be having to deal with.Evidently our room hadnt been checked! But the beds were comfortable and bedding was clean as were the towels The mirrors in the room on the wardrobe were dirty. The staff in dining room were helpful and welcoming. This is not the Ritz and was cheap, but location was great..tram stop and bus stop right outside and the views right on the seafront rescued this place! With a little more effort to tge deyails of cleanliness i woukd have given this a higher rating. I stayed here before..paid extra for a seaview room and the difference was immense. Dont go for standard room..The seaview one is worth the extra. Disappoibted this tine so not sure i would recommend or book again. A shame really as rhe staff were lovely. Hygiene lets it down for me.

The room was dirty, hadn't been hooved, rusty grimey handles on the shower. Screws sticking out the wall in the shower. Paint on the catpets, curtains that dont close. And on top of all that the room smelled like a 100 wets dogs.

The room was in good condition but the central heating was not working. bathroom light and side bed lights need attention. Wifi doesn't connect properly
