The Wi-Fi was also stable, so I could still work or watch movies smoothly. There's a small lounge in the lobby area that's comfortable for relaxing with coffee. 🤝 Staff Service: The staff were friendly and responsive. When I asked for more drinking water and an adapter, they delivered it to my room without me having to wait long. It felt like I was truly being served with genuine sincerity. 💡 Highlights: What I liked most was the quiet atmosphere of this hotel, even though it's close to the harbor. You can see ships in the distance from your room window — quite relaxing, especially at night. 💰 Price: For this price, the facilities and comfort are well worth it. Perfect for solo travelers or small families looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategic place. 📍 Location: The location is very strategic — close to Batam Center Harbor, malls, and many eateries nearby. I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍
