Staff are good but the room smells like cigarette. We had to transfer to another room as the first one has stains in the bed.

Room was okay, not too clean, and there was a bed bugs in the bed. If it 's only for short stay then it 's okay.

My first time staying here while I was in Tangerang. The staffs are all so welcoming. I forgot my necklace on the day I got back to South Jakarta, but when I contacted the staffs, they found it and kept it with them safely until I was back three days later. They even remembered me, so touched! Thank you for the warm welcome! Note: The food was okay. Didn't expect there were various kinds of jamu (traditional herbal drink) served in the breakfast buffet, it was good keeping the heritage!

Not so bad to stay for 8 hours, but keep in mid, it 's a cheap room and only to rest for a while, so don't expect more.

I love the garden and tge view. The recetionist very helpful and friendly. See you next time, Bale Ocasa.

Everything is poor, Service is no good especially when I arrived in hotel nobody stand by in Front office. TV is not good, bed cover is dirty, bath room is dirty with yellow marks and something no good smell also.

Good place for rest.
