In my experience staying at 5-star hotels, Tugu Malang is probably one of the best. The entire building's architecture, ornaments, furniture, paintings, and statues create a sense of comfort that's hard to describe. The restaurant is also top-notch, allowing you to choose any combination of dishes from the menu, while still offering a mini-portion buffet. This is certainly good for the environment and reduces food waste without sacrificing guest satisfaction. The hospitality and service from the entire staff are also excellent.

Spacious, clean rooms. Delicious food, lots of choices. Got free coffee and snack vouchers for the evening on the rooftop too. Love the hotel service. The balcony rooms even have a refrigerator, which is the best, and the price is quite affordable. I've stayed here twice and would definitely stay again if I'm in Batu again.

I really liked it. When I stayed there was fog in the afternoon, the view was amazing, Mount Arjuna, Selecta, Batu City, and even Paralayang Hill were all visible. Mount Panderman was visible on the other side of the hotel. It's a perfect place for healing with a very pocket-friendly budget. You can stroll around the area in the quiet and comfortable atmosphere in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was quite good, the water heater worked well, and even without air conditioning, the air around Panderman View was very cool.

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.

I feel so lucky to get this place hehe highly recommend for those who want to go to Batu, visit the Museum Angkut/Jatim Park, the location is close. The atmosphere is cool, the room is big, the bed is big, the bathroom is also spacious 👍🏽 the staff are friendly and very helpful. For breakfast, it's standard, it's still okay. The hotel staff is friendly & responsive from the beginning of the booking. The atmosphere is calm. The view from the balcony on the 2nd floor is nice. There is a cafe on the 3rd floor & there is also a rooftop. The hotel atmosphere is modern, fragrant & cozy. Stayed at the end of the year at a very affordable price. The location is close to minimarkets & pharmacies. So it is a choice to stay if you want to explore the city of Malang.
