10 out of 10! I will definitely choose this hotel later if I want to staycation in Surabaya. The location is literally behind the Grandcity Mall, across from the Gubeng train station, and near the city center. It's accessible both for motorbikes and cars. A parking lot is also available for cars and motorbikes. Moreover, the room is very clean and smells very good. The water heater works absolutely perfect. Don't worry about food. No more feeling hungry because there are lots to be explored around the hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights yesterday and really liked it. The staff is friendly. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the hotel lobby is also beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. The AC is cold. You get drinking water and snacks. Amenities are also complete with hotel slippers and towels 🥰. Oh yeah, there is free coffee and tea from 7 AM to 11 AM 😁 close to everywhere 👍. Next time I want to stay here again if I go to Surabaya.

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I've stayed here many times for events in Surabaya. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hot water was flowing. The price was affordable. The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.

I booked three rooms (a suite and a deluxe) and were assigned rooms on adjacent floors, which was very convenient since we were traveling with family. When we encountered a problem with one of the rooms, we immediately contacted reception, and they responded quickly, offering a room change. The bellboy and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. While the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable and well-maintained. For its affordable price, this hotel is well worth it.
