The new room is great, the AC is super cold. The staff is very friendly, if there is even a small problem, they immediately fix it. The TV that wasn't working properly was immediately replaced with a new one, awesome. This is my umpteenth time staying at this place, nothing disappoints. Check-in is very fast, no need to wait for hours. I like the food, especially the potatoes which are delicious. For the price of around 200 it is very worth it, especially near the beach.

Thank you Citihub again. By chance, I got a new receptionist yesterday, so I had to show my ID. Usually, with the old staff, it's quick. Just deposit and auto check-in. But it's okay, overall it's good. I had a unique experience when they brought me a mukena and prayer mat for the Eid morning prayer. This service is cool. Citihub is always the hotel that is clean, comfortable, with an aesthetic scent from the lobby to the room.

Every time I go home for Eid, I'll always choose to stay here. The staff are friendly, especially the security guard—I forgot his name, but he was dark-skinned. When I stayed, he was on the morning shift until 8 PM. In fact, he was friendlier than the night shift staff. Thank you so much, W Three, for making our visit to pay our respects to our grandmother so memorable. Thank you for upgrading our room during our stay, and at no extra charge! Love!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The location is very strategic, close to the Amirul Mukminin Floating Mosque and the 99-Dome Mosque. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are quite spacious and the ocean views are beautiful. Mornings are perfect for a morning walk along Losari Beach. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay at this hotel again.
