The shower 🚿 bathroom need to replace.

The bed and room have been very dirty. They gave me my favorite room 233, but the bed blankets were full of blood and others. Bad room dirty etc.

Reception service were so bad. Deposit were not paid out. Even deposit receipt has been provided. When check out I forgot to claim back deposit and come back 1 week later with the deposit slip, they claimed its already paid out. But deposit slip is still in my possession. Amazingly the reception staff even created story that excuses were made (said that I left my deposit slip in the room when I checked out) when deposit being paid out. How can that possible? Will a hotel staff payout without receiving deposit slip? Then they check CCTV camera. Showing out that during check out I was handed white paper which they claimed its cash. The footage can't prove that it was cash that were handed to me. Its shown white paper. The value isn't much, not worth the time to hassle. So I left with my deposit slip in hand. During stay, we requested glasses for drinking. They didn't provide any. And said we don't have any glasses here. Oh my God. Never met a hotel doesn't even have drinking glasses. Room isn't clean enough. Shower head need to be replaced. Filthy shower head. Linen isn't clean enough. Worst experience in my whole life staying in this hotel.

Comfortable accommodation for business stay. But the Walls were thin so you can hear people talking and laughing from the side room or alley. I was wondering if it because I was there at the peak season, but I won't mind if I need to stay there again when I come to Denpasar. The staff were nice and very helpful. I didn't try the food so I have no comment on that. However the restaurant ambience were very nice 😄.

From the beginning to end a terrible experience. Please don't stay here as it ' s next to a nightclub. The music won't let you sleep. Amenities are at a bad shape.

Staff was friendly, but breakfast needs a lot of improvements, bed sheets, pillows and bath towels need to be changed. All yellow. Lots of mosquitoes. Ants near the coffee mugs.

Strategic location, clean room but breakfast not so much variation meals.

Good hotel and ther service is awesome.
