The staff was very friendly, the hotel room was spacious, the air conditioning was cold, and there was hot water. However, the TV was too small, and the room deposit was a bit high and required cash, but there was an ATM nearby.

My first stay at this hotel was quite good. The rooms are spacious and the access is close to ITS. If you want to find food nearby, you can just walk; there are many food stalls and it's close to Alfamart and Indomaret. There's a Rp 200,000 deposit, which is refundable upon checkout.

The location is close to the ITS campus, easy to find places to eat, the rooms are adequate and comfortable, the bathroom cleanliness should be improved. The shower is safe, hot and cold water is available, and you can check in early. It's worth the price.

Just a suggestion to pay more attention to the sanitation of the bathrooms and sinks, as some were not running smoothly (almost blocked), and the rooms still smelled of cigarettes (possibly from previous guests). However, the service was friendly and pleasant.

Everything is good, I like the cleanliness and neatness and it is very fulfilled, only the price is quite expensive for parents who are watching their children go to college. 300 thousand after clicking, the promo does not include VAT, when you want to order directly there is an additional 11% drastically increased. The price displayed from the beginning should have included VAT.
