This was my first time staying at this property and I must say that it deserves the word 'Grand'!! All the hotel staff were really professional, friendly and always smiling with full of energy all the time. I did face some challenges in communicating with some staff members due to language barrier as I noticed that only the front desk staff was good in English.... But this didn't cause me any issues since I used Google translator. Even though some were not able to understand English, but still they were very eager to help and tried to communicate well. The room that I took was very nice and comfortable but was very dark due to the dark colour scheme on walls and furniture. But it might suite to others as we all have different taste. Breakfast buffet was OK and not that fancy. I loved the 24x7 open Bar that serves most of the popular alcoholic drinks. Overall, I am glad that I stayed here and later wished that I should have stayed more. Definitely, it will be my first choice on my next trip to Batam and this time I will request for bright coloured room. Cheers!!

I didn't expect the room to be too narrow to open my suitcase so it was a bit difficult. I planned to have a fam time swimming but the pool was not well maintained, the filter wasn't working.

Came back to a clogged bathroom, after a bath and the whole room turned into a mini pool. The staff didn't handle it well and it was a bad experience overall. Don't be fooled by the lobby, I booked the suite but it is not worth the money.
