Very satisfied. The receptionist was so polite and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Theres extra pillow in the room. Really loved that they used Central AC👍🏻 The Pool was clean, tiles in the pool are a bit sharp right when you want to go down. Location was strategic. 👍🏻 would love to go back.

I was stay there for a couple nights. It was good staycation where you can be alone for some time. Good location, a lot of great restaurants around. I had bad experience with the bathroom, it was slippery. I fell down, I talked to the staff and they were able to figure it out. Thank you very much for immediate assistance. Would love to go back again

Honestly I didn't expect this level of satisfaction upon arriving, as the rate is considerable. But it turned out to be so good. Rooms are clean, building is well managed, crews are kind, facilities are working properly, and more over, it is situated at a good spot in Kuta. Bringing us closer to culinaries in the range of foot.

A 5 day 4 night family vacation in Bali is getting more fun with accommodation that is good in service and comfort. We ordered 2 superior twin bed rooms, but were able to upgrade to 2 larger Family Rooms with king beds + sofa bed, 2 TVs and a bathtub! Fast check-in, just 5 minutes with the application e-voucher. Check out is also just as fast. The room is clean, the sheets and towels are also clean. The bed is soft with pillows and bolsters, also four pillows on the sofa bed. There is a mini fridge, glasses, coffee heaters and sugar tea coffee sets and 6 bottles of mineral water which are given every day. Rooms are cleaned and tidied up every day! Clean bathroom, separate glass bathroom with toilet, complete with amenities, there is a hair dryer, cold and hot water smoothly, there is shampoo soap on the wall, 2 large 2 small bath towels, 1st floor towels, okay bathtub. Only going to the pool on the first day because there were more trips (forgot to take photos). The staff is kind and friendly, the security services are also great. Oh yes, the location is very strategic. Around and near the hotel there are many places to eat and souvenir shops, mini markets too. What else? The drawbacks of this hotel are minor, such as the wifi is not good enough, the sound of speeding motorbikes is heard in the middle of the night and the car park area is not large enough. We thank you for the hotel and the good service. Our gratitude also goes to the online agents who have provided flight ticket and hotel package facilities which are cheaper than if they were purchased separately. Online agents also respond quickly when there is a problem writing the name on the plane ticket so that everything runs smoothly. Also for cheap car rentals and good service.

It's really random H-1 to Bali looking for a hotel, then seeing reviews of people saying it's close to a place to eat, because people prioritize the stomach so instead of being confused, just order here. It doesn't really disappoint, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the room is spacious enough for you to roll around on your own, lots of clothes hangers, the bathroom is okay, in the lobby there is a cafe, all the food on the right and left front, Indomaret Alfa is close, plus there are ATMs too, live music everywhere, just choose, access everywhere is also good, want to ride your own motorbike or ride a gojek. Just haven't tried the pool yet. Anyway, if you go back to Bali again, you will definitely choose here again.
