I am a female solo traveler and as you see on the picture, they put me in a room with a broken lock not to mention there’s a cigarette hole on the curtain. Breakfast is till 10, Food is good but lots of people before 8 so good luck getting anything if you get to breakfast after 9. They don’t replenish juices nor anything. I asked to PAY for coffee, hoping I could taste Balinese Coffee but after a few sips they just told me that coffee is from Java. Umm why?? Hotel in Bali but serving non Balinese coffee just bizzare to me. Won’t come back.

The soundproofing is not good because I can hear children's voices from the next room. Hotel facilities: the elevator closes very quickly and when held with your hand, it closes automatically, it is not safe for children who have to stand guard in front of the open door button in the elevator. In the breakfast area, there are some breads with ants.

Regarding the poor soundproofing in our rooms, which could be heard from neighboring rooms, this is certainly not the standard of comfort we strive to provide. We have forwarded this feedback to the Housekeeping and Engineering teams for evaluation to improve sound insulation in the room area. Regarding the elevator doors that closed too quickly and did not stop when held, we understand your concerns, especially regarding the safety of children. We have followed up with the Engineering team to check and adjust the door sensors for optimal and safe functioning. We also apologize for the ants found on some of the bread in the breakfast area. This clearly does not comply with our hygiene standards. We have asked the F&B team to tighten food quality checks at all times and to conduct thorough cleanings regularly to ensure a similar incident does not recur. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it is important for us to continuously improve the quality of our services and facilities. We booked the hotel through Trvlk. We requested a queen bed. When we checked in that afternoon, we were only given one access card and a twin bed, claiming the queen bed was already occupied. The next morning, we requested an additional access card, but it turned out it was only valid for that day. We were staying for two nights. I am a female solo traveler and as you see on the picture, they put me in a room with a broken lock not to mention there’s a cigarette hole on the curtain. Breakfast is till 10, Food is good but lots of people before 8 so good luck getting anything if you get to breakfast after 9. They don’t replenish juices nor anything. I asked to PAY for coffee, hoping I could taste Balinese Coffee but after a few sips they just told me that coffee is from Java. Umm why?? Hotel in Bali but serving non Balinese coffee just bizzare to me. Won’t come back.

We booked the hotel through Trvlk. We requested a queen bed. When we checked in that afternoon, we were only given one access card and a twin bed, claiming the queen bed was already occupied. The next morning, we requested an additional access card, but it turned out it was only valid for that day. We were staying for two nights. The room cleanliness, food quality, and location were excellent.
